1. What payment methods are accepted for orders?

3. Are there additional taxes or fees?

No, the total amount shown during checkout is all-inclusive. There are no extra taxes or fees for your order.

4. What is the order processing and shipping timeframe?

  • After placing an order, our team starts preparing and quality inspecting your items.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email with details and a unique order number.
  • Within 2-3 business days, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.
  • Estimated arrival is within 4-7 business days from the shipment date.

In rare cases, unforeseen challenges may extend shipping to around 10 business days.

5. How can I track my order?

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, contact us at support@englishhomewares.com. For eligibility, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

7. What if my item is damaged or defective?

Inspect your order upon receipt. If there are issues, contact us immediately at support@englishhomewares.com. We'll evaluate the problem and make it right.

8. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Certain items, such as perishables, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

9. How do exchanges work?

Return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

10. How are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at support@englishhomewares.com if more than 15 business days pass after approval.
